Youth With A Mission Serbia carries at its heart knowing God and making God known, with a desire for people to experience His love, and enter a relationship with Jesus. We serve in Western and Central Serbia, areas where the gospel presence is little, but praise God, growing. We collaborate with other, seasoned missionaries working in these areas, seeking to learn and work together for the expansion of God’s kingdom. We are a mix of couples, families, and singles, reaching out across many spheres of society, from ministries focusing on the family, to art. We seek to use the gifts which God has given us, in our day to day lives, for His glory. We believe that God can use you and your gifting for Him here! Come join us!

YWAM Uzice
YWAM Užice is involved in ministries ranging from a cafe outreach and mercy ministries, to
reaching out to the family. We’re excited to see God growing our team both in terms of numbers and in experience of and intimacy with Him. Community is a massive part of all we do and we believe God can work with you here!
Ywam Kragujevac
Kragujevac is the fourth largest city of Serbia. It has a population of 180,000 inhabitants. The cityhas several universities with at least 20,000 students. As YWAM we work with local believers ministering through a church plant, evangelism, discipleship and art ministry. We love hosting teams to help us reach out to the beautiful people of this nation!
A Brief History of Ywam Serbia
Ywam Serbia began as a dream in the heart of Mirjam Bos leading outreach teams to Serbia back in the early 90s. In 2009 She and her husband Chris Klop moved to Užice, Serbia to pioneer a permanent Ywam location. After a couple of years YWAM Uzice ran their first DTS, gained the first permanent staff member and it was off and running. Countless outreach teams later, pouring many hours of prayer and evangelism into the city of Uzice, the team began their own cafe ministry in 2016.
After many years of pioneering and pouring their heart into Uzice, Chris and Mirjam moved to Kragujevac to start a second YWAM location in 2018. At this new location, they are working in partnership with a local church. At that point, Andrew & Lydia Vaughan) took over the leadership of YWAM Uzice. They began calling others into a community that hungers to make disciples of all nations and live out John 13:34-35 — to love as Christ loved, so that all may know that we are His Disciples. Today there is a great team in Uzice and their work is flourishing!
