YWAM
Greece
We are a family of believers representing many nations and backgrounds in pursuit of deeper fellowship with Jesus. As full-time missionaries, we are committed to live by faith, to walk out our calling as servants in a covenantal community, and to give ourselves completely to the purposes of God for Greece in this generation. We wholeheartedly embrace the eighteen foundational values of YWAM and the three main areas of ministry that God has designated for our mission; evangelism, discipleship, and mercy ministry.
We long to see the people of Greece fully alive and redeemed, walking in true identity and intimacy with Jesus and uniquely influencing the nations with the gospel of the kingdom of God.
We are called to engage with the unique move of God in this generation, to support, equip, and seek strategic partnerships with the body of Christ in order to see the kingdom of God expanded in Greece. To train and mobilize both young and old to radically follow and serve Jesus in Greece and in the nations. To engage in works of justice among the poor, needy, and marginalized, and to pursue and promote unity and co-laboring across the diverse ethnic and denominational lines in the Balkan nations.

YWAM Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki is located in the North of Greece and is the second largest city with a population of 1.2 million. As YWAM Thessaloniki, we are a community that believes in young people and we want to provide a platform for them to be discipled and equipped to do what God is calling them to do. We want to welcome them, trust them and train them, and it’s our dream to see more ministries started in this city and region.
We focus on ministering to God’s heart through worship, prayer & word first. We offer discipleship through Bible studies, community nights and personal relationships. We love and serve the outcast in Thessaloniki, including the refugees, homeless, etc. We also serve and support the local churches in Thessaloniki.
