All across Romania, we’re one big YWAM family and for the first time since 2019, we met together in person. Throughout the week, there were times of hearing from God, ministering to each other, giving testimonies, fellowshipping, and honoring a special woman!

Having the “YWAM Romania Family Gathering” in person allowed for us to worship and strengthen our relationships with each other. It was a precious time to grow in our faith individually, in our ministries, and in our nation.

Through the teachings we experienced, we learned how our faith can create new realities to see God’s kingdom come here on the Earth. God uses the opportunities he gives us to step out of faith to impact those around us, even in small ways. We were challenged to take the first step of faith and write out a declaration of how God was asking us to live in faith.

In our time hearing from God, we were able to pray for God to strengthen us where we felt weak, weary or dry. He renewed our strength and brought new life to us. He awakened us to the ways He wants to move in the future and grew our faith.

We were encouraged as we listened to testimonies of how God’s been working over the last year from each base. There also were times of sharing at the end of how God worked throughout the conference each day.

Fellowship happened throughout the time together and through the “Cafe” this year benefitting YWAM Constanta’s new building project! Every afternoon and night people gathered in the dining hall to connect with others and enjoy board games together. We also were able to laugh together at the Talent Night where various acts were performed and people shared their talents with others.

During this time, we also honored Helga Nurenberger. She was celebrated for being with YWAM Romania for 30 years and was honored for her time on the National Leadership Team over the past few years. We are so grateful for who she is and the work that she has completed that has laid the foundation for many of us YWAMers in Romania!

All together we gathered and we grew. God moved throughout the week and challenged us to go deeper in our steps of faith. It was so nice to have everyone together and we can’t wait until next time!
